At Timeless Bronze, we aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible so you can enjoy your glow without delay.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
During busy periods, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Same Day Click & Collect (Glasgow)

Same Day Click & Collect is available for Glasgow customers. Orders placed before the daily cut-off time are eligible for same-day collection, subject to availability. Customers will be notified once their order is ready for collection and must wait for confirmation before arriving. Full collection details will be provided after purchase. Orders not collected within the specified timeframe may be cancelled.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

UK Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days after dispatch
UK Tracked Delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or peak periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your selected delivery option.

Tracking

If you select a tracked service, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delivery Responsibility

Timeless Bronze is not responsible for delays caused by the courier once the parcel has been dispatched.
Please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is delayed, please allow the full estimated delivery time before contacting us.
If your parcel is confirmed as lost, we will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
